my life story

it might be too early to actually write about my life, seeing how only 16 plus years of my life have passed. but there are some things that are never too early to write about; things like meeting great people in your life who will walk through life with you. They form a big part of my life story. without them, my life is a story with no beginning, no end and even perhaps no plot. It would be a picture book with no colours, only outlines.

In the past, when we learnt in the same class, did we know that in the future, we would be an important part of each other's lives? would we know how much laughter we would inject into each other's lives? no we didnt.

fast forward to the future: this is what is happening now.

that's how life is, unexpected and full of surprises. but i'm glad how things turned out between us. you were there with me all the way, walking beside me when i was happy to share my joy, and walking behind me so you could catch me as i fall into the pit.

as we walked through life together, another person fell into step with us. we didnt know when or how it happened, but it just did. not that we are complaining about it, cuz this person made our life story that much more interesting. he made us laugh till our faces turned red. we were always making fun of him, but he didnt stop walking. he was still there, there to lift us out of our gloomy day.

then one day, she had to leave. we could not laugh in the middle of town like idiots together anymore. we would be half a world apart. but she said, "we've been there for each other all through our lives, literally all our lives. and i promise that there's still much more to come." and this i believe.

yes. we would still be walking with each other. not in body, but in mind and in spirit.

my life story is still not done. i'll need you to fill in the colours as my story unfolds.

thanks for being the colours in the book of my life.

-a tribute to the most wonderful people whom i have known for the longest time in my life

new lessons learnt

i dont mean to sound crude, but i realised some new life lessons while in harbourfront toilet. dont ask me why i realised important lessons in a toilet of all places. i dont know. haha. i gained a conscience in the toilet.

lesson 1: i should stop complaining so much about my pw group or pw. ok. maybe i can still complain about pw. but just not the group. at least not to people in school. news can travel to their ears. and that might strain relations. i wouldn't want that to happen.

lesson 2: i shall not talk bad about a certain someone to people who dont even know that person. the simple reason being that person is still a friend. i'll let people find out for themselves what the person is really like.

k. i forgot the last lesson. i remember i had 3 new lessons learnt. pau, can you remember?

i must bear these lessons in mind.

i must not complain about certain things.

i must not be so bitchy.

i must keep my temper in check.

i must remember to remember.
